Degas inspired dress with a bodice of duppione silk with a wide scoop neck trimmed with imported Italian tulle ruffles, a 5 layered Italian tulle skirt and a duppione sash bow in the back.  Dress includes custom chiffon ruffled 3 layer petticoat which must be worn with the dress.  Fitting muslin included.
